I was dreading having to purchase a car, but mine started having issues that were costing me more than it was worth. Brian was the absolute best to work with! He picked out a car that he felt would be the best for my needs as well as my budget. We drove a car that I had my eye on from the website first. It wasn't all that I had hoped. Then we drove the car he picked out for me. It was absolutely perfect, better than anything I thought I could afford. He was definitely not the typical "car salesman" persona that you have nightmares about. Very friendly and laid back, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. I was also impressed with the variety of used cars that they have; no matter your budget I'm sure Brian can help you get the car that you need.
I had several negative experiences here... They didn't stand behind a quoted a price when financing fell through on their side. Sales manager Brian was confrontational on the showroom floor in front of other patrons and my girlfriend. Additionally we actually cashed in an IRA prior to maturity because Brian said the deal would be done with a $1000.00 down payment. They could have made it right but instead chose to run my credit numerous times on vehicles I had never seen. I went there with high hopes and came out in worse shape than when I arrived. Very unprofessional treatment and I was extremely disappointed. I was also under the impression the owner had went out and found the truck to work into my budget. I sent an email to the dealership and although I was called nothing changed. I made three different trips to the dealership which included taking a day off of work.
